This role supports day-to-day facility operations, ensures system reliability, and maintains compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related equipment. - Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facility systems. - Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. - Maintain pumps, valves, piping, and distribution systems. - Monitor building automation systems (BMS). - Perform preventative maintenance programs. - Respond to alarms and emergency situations. - Maintain maintenance logs and documentation. - Oversee contractors and vendors. - Support cleanroom environmen...
