About the Team Argos Retail Operations sits at the heart of how we serve millions of customers every week, ensuring our store's estate operates efficiently, safely and compliantly. Within this, the Retail Operations team works closely with stores, fulfilment hubs and central functions to continually improve availability, reduce operational loss, and enhance the colleague and customer experience. The team plays a critical role in identifying emerging risks, embedding robust routines, and enabling stores to deliver strong commercial outcomes in a fast‑paced retail environment. More about the role: As a Retail Process Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert across retail operations, inventory management and loss prevention, helping to optimise stock integrity and reduce shrink across the Argos store estate. Using data, insight, and strong operational knowledge, you will identify risks and vulnerabilities, diagnose root causes, and shape effective interventions that improve process compliance and operational performance.
