Job description
The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at the University of Massachusetts Boston seeks an equity-minded Non-tenure Track Lecturer to join the Counseling, School Psychology, and Sport Department within the College of Education and Human Development to begin Spring 2026. Responsibilities include: (1) teach graduate level courses; (2) advise graduate students; (3) assist in the recruitment and selection of new students; and 4) contribute service to the University’s urban mission by serving on university, college, and departmental committees, and through involvement in professional associations. Courses in the ABA Certificate and Master’s Program were approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and will soon be reviewed by the Association for Behavior Analysis International for accreditation. Students enrolled receive instruction to prepare them to sit for the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam. Requirements: Candidates must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) and possess an earned doctorate in School Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
