Job Type: Regular Work Location: Remote - TX - CST Overview: 2020 Companies has a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager opportunity representing our client, Dell! 2020 Companies is seeking a highly qualified, passionate, dynamic leaders as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). This role is responsible for the direct oversight of the Dell Field Sales Managers (FSM) in the assigned Region, reporting directly to the National Manager (NM). The RSM will motivate, direct, and coordinate the sales and merchandising activities of their assigned FSM’s to ultimately drive retailer advocacy and product sellout. The RSM will be responsible for hiring and onboarding top-talent FSM’s, coaching and counseling on performance, and building partnerships with retail partners. The RSM will work closely with the NM on reporting and tracking performance metrics to goals, and make necessary strategic moves to improve performance, where needed. Additionally, the RSM is responsible for the Region’s compliance; including payroll, timekeeping, FSM cadence, and visit reporting. Perform all other duties as assigned.
