Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW: The pipeline Gas Controller/Senior Controller is responsible for safely operating and monitoring Cheniere gas transmission pipeline systems via the pipeline Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system while ensuring that nominated volumes are transported in accordance with transportation agreements on a 24/7 basis. The Gas Controller is the main contact for all interconnecting third party operational entities and is the liaison between the Creole Trail Pipeline (CTPL) and Cheniere LNG regasification/liquefaction terminal. The gas controller is responsible for recognizing and reacting to abnormal operations on the pipeline system and is responsible for initiating response to maintain safe operations.
