Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator Job Code: 61055 Salary: ($50,325.00 - $65,674.50 - $81,024) Grade: 16 FLSA: Nonexempt: Essential Functions: The following duties are normal for this position. Leads, evaluates and assigns staff; plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of volunteers and temporary employees; ensures adequate coverage for programs and events; provides exceptional service to the community through youth and adult programs; and meets changing needs and physical, social and emotional interests of individuals through innovative programming.
