Job description

As a Senior Associate in the Executive Compensation team, you will be responsible delivering a large variety of compensation and regards strategies, corporate governance and financial modelling projects for our large range of client companies. The Role: Willis Towers Watson is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with 400 consultants advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Executive Compensation team is, as part of the Talent & Rewards segment, focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. We are organised as a Multinational cluster, working across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland. As such, we provide advice regarding (and to) the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Senior Management population of the largest (listed) companies across Europe. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.
