#Securitysupervisor Security Supervisor needed in downtown Knoxville. 7-3pm and as a site supervisor may need to provide overtime for coverage or calls to help schedule for an absences of staff. Supervisors serve as the face of their security company, representing its values and standards in every interaction. By providing excellent customer service while effectively enforcing security protocols, they foster strong relationships and build trust with clients, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed. Proficiency in surveillance systems, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies is critical. Duties may include the following; other duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch General Manager: Receives general direction from the Post Supervisor, Roving or Field Supervisors, or Operations Manager. Exercises direct supervision over 5 officers. Provides input to the management in regards to operation, status of posts and Security Officers.
