Engineering Manager Location: Madison, WI (Metro Area): Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct-Hire Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead capital planning, project execution, and utilities management within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing critical plant utility systems and cross-functional capital investments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a 1–5 year capital plan in partnership with Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams - Lead and execute capital projects focused on automation, safety improvements, quality enhancements, cost reduction, and production efficiency - Provide engineering leadership in automation and production design, driving innovative and forward-thinking solutions - Support plant operations through technical expertise and project leadership across multiple functions - Oversee plant utilities, ensuring reliable and compliant operation of systems including refrigeration, ammonia, nitrogen, steam, natural gas, and compressed air - Manage and develop the Utilities team to ensure optimal...
