Job Type Full-time Description: Job Title: Senior Project Manager: Department: D20 – Project Management: Reports To: Manager of Projects: Status: Exempt, Full-Time: Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager is a senior operational and people-leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of SC Swiderski’s residential construction projects from acquisition and preconstruction through closeout. This role provides direct leadership to the Project Management team while maintaining accountability for budgets, schedules, contracts, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Manager of Projects, and partners closely with Construction Management, Field Operations, Development, Accounting, Procurement, and Executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with SCS’s standards of quality, integrity, and community impact.
