Department/Organization 206110 - Undergrad & International Programs Rank: Instructor Position Summary: The Office of Undergraduate and International Programs in the Culverhouse College of Business is seeking a Professional Development Coach and Kelly LEAD Instructor. This position appointment will begin on August 16, 2026. Primary responsibilities will include teaching across the Kelly LEAD Professional Development courses, small-group professional coaching and mentoring on Kelly LEAD professional competencies, and ongoing activities related to the Kelly LEAD Program. Detailed Position Information: This position is housed within the Office of Undergraduate Programs in the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama, to serve the R. James Kelly LEAD Professional Development Program required for all Culverhouse undergraduates.
