Description Now Offering: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with applicable nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of direct resident care. - NEXT DAY PAY! - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Hourly Rate - Holiday Pay Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and maintain medical records and nursing notes; assess residents’ physical and emotional status. - Monitor resident activity and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, nursing standards, and facility policies. - Coordinate and assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. - Transcribe and carry out physician telephone orders accurately. - Communicate effectively with residents, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and management regarding resident status. - Prepare and administer medications as ordered and in compliance with nursing standards and facility policies. - Complete all charting and documentation accurately, timely, and in accordance with established p...
