Job Summary: Project management of Enterprise-wide facility planning projects (to include: Florida Blue and its subsidiaries, GuideWell Health as well as JV Partners and Tenants in Corporate Facilities) that enable the achievement of the enterprise mission, vision, values and goals. Manages: the scope of projects, stakeholder relationships, resource coordination, project cost controls, problem resolution, change leadership, etc. to facilitate successful facility planning project outcomes. Responsible for all project management, construction and coordination of internal (Telecommunications, Network Services, IT Provisioning, Safety & Security, Business Risk Solutions, etc.) and external business partners (architects, general contractors, vendors, etc.). Leader in implementing the physical changes required by business partners to support organizational needs and objectives and focuses on communication with business partners and all project stakeholders in the procurement and utilization of office space.
