At Pediatric Home Service , our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care , helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. THE POSITION: - Location: Woodbury, MN (55125) - Hours: Days Every other Saturday & Sunday 12-hour - Client Specifics: 20 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube. Location: Woodbury, MN (55129): Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. - Hours: Days Monday, Thursday & Friday 10-hour shifts. - Client Specifics: 4 year old with g-tube. *Previous G-tube experience preferred* Hours: - Overnights Friday and Saturday 12-hour or 10-hour shifts. - Client Specifics: 1 year old with vent, trach, and g-tube.*Dog friendly home* *Previous trach and vent experience preferred* - Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour - Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/ho...
