Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Patient Service Representative and Insurance Verifier - Rehab Services – Days/Evenings Position Highlights: Position: Patient Service Representative and Insurance Verifier Rehab Services Location: Lincolnshire, IL: Full Time/Part Time: Full time- 40 hours Hours: Rotating shift; Alternate opening and closing shifts (10:30am-7:00pm and 7:00am-330pm) Required Travel: no: What you will do: Reporting to the Rehabilitation Service Manager works with patients and their representatives and insurance carriers and employer’s to determine patient benefits eligibility, pre-certify services and performs verification of benefits to ensure revenue reimbursement. Screens registration data for compliance with payer and pre-certification requirements, corrects and updates accounts and bills to the appropriate party. Services primarily includes, but not limited to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
