This role provides hands-on care and assistance to ensure each child’s safety, health, and well-being while promoting growth across cognitive, physical, social, and emotional domains. The Teacher I helps implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons, observes and supports children’s progress, and partners with families to encourage learning. Collaboration with lead teachers, other educators, and administrators is essential to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
