OVERVIEW: The After School Program and Day Camp Lead supports daily operations, supervises students and staff, and maintains records. This role ensures a safe, structured environment, delivers enrichment and academic activities, and ensures compliance with program policies and grant requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: After School Program Lead: - Assist with weekly program schedule - Coordinate activities with other ASP Associates - Provide administrative support to the Education Manager - Prepare weekly classroom lists - Prepare daily sign-in sheet & keep emergency contact and student information reports - Assist the Education Manager in supervising and providing direct support to students and families - Supervise and guide team members, providing direction, support and accountability - Assist in fulfilling grant requirements by supporting data collection, documentation, reporting, and ensuring program activities align with grant objectives and compliance standards - Register students for ASP and assist In ringing up monthly ASP sales - Record and report stats - Maintain student records - Provide leadership in at least one classroom and at least one ongoing elective - Assis...
