Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program or project management. - 5 years of experience driving transformational initiatives within a program management or operations function. - Experience leading process and tooling changes and driving cross-functional alignment to PMO governance and best practices. - Experience in a software engineering, network engineering, or IT infrastructure environment. - Experience presenting to executive audiences, representing PMO performance. Preferred qualifications: - PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other PM related certifications. - 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Strong systems thinking approach, including an understanding of the interplay between different components of program execution. - Demonstrated ability in data analysis, transforming complex reports into actionable insights for metric-driven decision-making. - Ability to successfully lead large complex programs at a global level involving many cross-functional IT operational teams.
