Job Summary: As a business partner to the International and UK leadership team, UK & International team members, the Director HR Business Partner is responsible for the overall implementation and application of Papa Johns’ employee relations, HRIS, DE&I, HR programs, talent management, company policies and procedures. This role acts as a bridge between global initiatives and local activities to ensure relevance and creates the desired impact in the UK and International regions through careful adaptation. Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) Produces UK & International overall People Strategy and translates into key HR workstreams with a US alignment; takes a proactive approach to identifying key people issues and opportunities; builds strong business cases to support recommended courses of action.
