The Senior Program Manager is primarily focused on running quality improvement programs. USFHP, sponsored by the Department of Defense, serves military members and their families. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field., Or 4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in health plan operations - 5 years experience with program management or healthcare management. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree in related field - 2 years experience in health plan process improvement - 2 years of Communication and Marketing experience.
