Position Overview: ANSER is seeking a senior level Workforce Policy Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will provide technical advice and guidance on an array of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) related matters to DoD Component leaders, HR offices, and the general workforce. Day to Day Responsibilities: - Advise and/or assist CES component stakeholders throughout the staffing process, tailoring communication to address multiple audiences. - Advises component POCs on the proper coding and/or processing of CES personnel actions, using the current automated tools, in accordance with HR statutory and regulatory guidance. - Review and verify justifications for requesting use o...
