About this role Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for an experienced Controls Programmer for our Seattle, WA location. The Controls Programmer is responsible for the successful overall software design of projects, database creation, as well the implementation of the controls design and standards used in the programming and documentation of controls projects. Key Responsibilities: Incentive compensation eligible - Advanced knowledge with BAS systems, Carrier i-Vu knowledge is a plus - Requires an individual with an advanced skillset in BAS / controls programming - Programming of controls systems and implementing developed Sequence of Operations - Complete each assigned project focusing on customer satisfaction and specification compliance while maintaining budgetary guidelines - Partner with sales function to set parameters for equipment needs and project timeline - Create submittals, read and understand project specifications and MEP drawing sets, controls and shop drawings - Document and track project completion with as-builts and final program notation with all field changes in collaboration with our Project Manager - Assemble Operation & Maintenance Manuals for completed...
