Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team by managing and maintaining accurate data within Salesforce, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring visibility into pipeline performance. This position acts as the operational backbone of the sales process—helping drive efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure opportunities move smoothly from lead to close. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities Enter and assign incoming opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives Ensure all opportunities are properly staged, valued, and aligned with defined sales processes Monitor pipeline health and enforce data quality standards across the sales team Perform routine audits to identify missing or inconsistent data...
