Position Summary: The Business Process Analyst II supports operational excellence for Western Hemisphere Services Organization by supporting centralized scheduling, analyzing performance data, improving field and back-office processes, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions. This role works closely with Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Training, to strengthen scheduling, resource utilization, cost control, compliance, and service delivery within Western Hemisphere Services.
