Job Description Summary As a Field Service Associate (f/m/d) for Flow Cytometry Systems, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech medical devices at customer sites. You independently diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales colleagues by communicating service offerings. Your role includes maintaining accurate data in ERP systems, participating in regular technical trainings (including abroad), and contributing to a high-quality service experience through strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Please note that the base salary for this position ranges between CHF 80.000 and CHF 100.000 gross per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
