Job description

Title: Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) Courseware/Instructor KBR is seeking a Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) Instructor to join a high-performance team supporting Mission Delta 4 in Aurora, Colorado (Buckley Garrison). Active TS/SCI security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The desired candidate will possess current knowledge/experience with JTAGS, experience with the government client, and possess instructor qualifications and certifications. Qualifications: Required: Desired: - Support the development of JTAGS training curriculum (to include lesson plans, instructional media, visual aids, study guides, knowledge and performance tests, training scenarios, and simulator scripts) following established Higher Headquarters guidance and local customer processes. - Perform classroom and performance-based instruction for Qualification Training, Difference Training, and Advanced Training. - Aid and support the development of training program source documents, including: student training records, training standardization guidance, Consolidated Task Lists (CTLs), Training and Evaluation Performance Standards (TEPS), plans of instruction, Training System...
