Transportation Brokerage Sales Manager The Transportation Brokerage Sales Manager is responsible for new business development and aggressive growth plan of a non-asset, transportation brokerage business, with a primary goal of building sales by prospecting for new clients through both outside and inside sales processes. Works in coordination with other company business units and clients, and be accountable for the financial and growth performance of the brokerage. Your role on the team: Provide daily management and mentoring of the brokerage operations department. Gain opportunities for brokerage team members to work on meaningful projects and to increase brokerage team knowledge and development of the transportation industry. Interview and hire team members. Develop tactical and strategic plans to build talent pipeline through team member development and to meet growth objectives. Drive consistent performance with a focus on on-boarding new customers and retaining existing customers.
