As a key member of our SIG team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in the origination and execution of projects and mandates for a diverse and sophisticated client base. The SIG team focuses on the investment banking coverage of Private Equity Funds, Infrastructure Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, and Family Investment Firms. These clients are highly sophisticated investors, and the breadth of products and services we provide is extensive—spanning industries, geographies, and products (M&A, Leveraged Finance / DCM, ECM, structured products / derivatives).
