Senior Director, Medical Director

Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Corporate Medical Director to join our People Team / Benefits & Wellbeing team. This role is located in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Serve as the senior clinical advisor supporting the design of enterprise health, wellbeing, and benefit strategies, using medical expertise and data-driven insights to help shape programs that improve employee outcomes and manage health-related risk. - Advise senior leadership on executive health, travel health, and health-related business continuity risks, helping strengthen readiness and support continuity across critical roles and operations. - Provide strategic medical guidance on workforce health matters, including disease prevention, mental health, medical leave trends, return-to-work considerations, and complex or sensitive employee health cases. - Partner across the People Team, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Security, and business leadership to provide credible, objective, and practical medical counsel during high-impact decisions, escalations, and crisis response situations.
