JOB SUMMARY: Cumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for a Batching Operator team member to perform an array of functions including working closely with all other members of the processing team and performing all tasks necessary to prepare and deliver product with the highest safety and quality for processing and packaging. Process Operator will be responsible for coordinating with QA personnel regarding correct ingredients and formulations prior to batching, coordinating the delivery of ingredients for batching, and set up/batch all products according to formula while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments to insure smooth operation of facility.
