Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Programme Coordinator to lead three high-impact strategic initiatives: a Mentoring Programme, a Language Upskilling Programme, and a “Future Leaders” Talent Management Programme. This role carries end-to-end responsibility - from needs analysis and programme design through to governance, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact delivery. Working in a dynamic, matrix environment, you will ensure these initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities during a period of transformation.
