The Resort Manager at OUTRIGGER Ka'anaapli Beach Resort will assist the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations to create and maintain a customer-driven resort using a guest focused vision that inspires resort hosts to perform at their best. This role will be directly responsible to ensure that all department operations are effectively managed in a profitable and professional manner. Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operation of the hotel to create and maintain maximum profitability, guest satisfaction levels, product quality, brand and service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards.
