Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Program Director, Internal Medicine Residency Program to join our Graduate Medical Education department. This position is a full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Gaithersburg Medical Center. Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group is comprised of more than 1,700 primary care and specialty Permanente physicians and nearly 300 staff professionals who come together to make a positive impact on the health and lives of more than 800,000 members in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Reporting to the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), the Program Director, Internal Medicine Residency Program will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Internal Medicine Residency Program while maintaining a 0.3 clinical FTE in Internal Medicine or an ABIM medical subspecialty. You will oversee accreditation, curriculum development, faculty and resident supervision, recruitment, and program evaluation to ensure the residency program maintains excellence in graduate medical education and compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards.
