Job Description Summary Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for medical devices and components. Job Description: - Support AME engineers in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects. - Collect and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency gains and defect reduction. - Participate in the creation and review of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and engineering change orders. - Conduct time studies and process capability analyses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to ensure seamless product introduction. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and equipment. - Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges.
