This is a full-time position that could work any shift due to business needs. The start pay is $16 per hour. Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position. Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Retail Shift Supervisor maintains the highest priority of Guest Service Standards by assisting with merchandising, sales, and maintaining all CNO Retail Standards . This position is responsible for efficient, safe, and effective operations by assisting with coaching and training new associates. You will report to the General Manager. Primary Tasks: Coach and train Guest Services Standards and assist with all guests’ needs, respond to questions, resolve issues, offer sales suggestions, and ensure all purchases are tendered properly into the register system. Oversee compliance with state and federal laws and CNO policy including the sale of alcohol and tobacco products; check identification when required by transaction. Perform merchandising duties including making shelf labels, ordering, stocking, maintaining appropriate levels for deli sales, upkeep of service area and sales floor.
