The Tribe DevEx & System Engineering, part of Engineering & Reliability, is responsible for optimizing ING’s end‑to‑end engineering landscape. We build and evolve the One Engineering System — a unified, scalable platform that supports thousands of engineers across ING. In addition, we own the delivery of AI‑for‑Engineering capabilities, including Copilot enablement, agentic AI solutions, workspaces and prompt libraries. Our mission is to responsibly amplify the productivity, quality and experience of over 15,000 engineers, while maintaining security, reliability and regulatory compliance. ING Bank NL is looking for a highly experienced Lead Engineer who operates at the intersection of engineering platforms, system integration, and AI‑for‑engineering.
