Core Responsibilities 1. Retailer & Sales Support: - Distribute daily order reports to assigned sales representatives - Serve as a communication point for retailers regarding order status, product availability, and documentation needs - Maintain accurate and timely updates to internal teams 2. Order Processing & Documentation: - Collect, organize, and file all order‑related paperwork - Verify order accuracy and availability prior to routing - Maintain digital and physical documentation systems in accordance with internal standards 3. Logistics Coordination: - Calculate truck space requirements for outgoing orders - Prepare routing requests and communicate with logistics partners - Track shipment timelines and escalate issues as needed - Work with shipping department to ensure all orders are shipping on time and in full 4.
