Position Overview Title: Master Electrician Overview This position is responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment and electrical-related equipment. A working knowledge of general machine maintenance and operation is needed in troubleshooting equipment. This individual will also assist in the training of electrical apprentices. Actively participates and displays behaviors of the company values. Accountabilities ▪ Pull permits for upcoming electrical projects in accordance with local and state regulations. ▪ Serve as the owner of off-campus annual inspections. ▪ Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association NFPA 86, and UL UL 489 requirements. ▪ Partner with the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department to develop, implement and continuously improve electrical safety standards. ▪ Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on systems up to 600VAC. ▪ Conduct programming and troubleshooting across multiple PLC and HMI platforms. ▪ Utilize and interpret results from electrical testing equipment (e.g. multimeters, megohmmeters, power quality analyzers). ▪ Diagnose and resolve issues in industr...
