In this role, you will lead a small team of server engineers within the practice stream, with a strong focus on the Essential Eight Maturity Uplift program. You will provide both technical leadership and day-to-day people management, supporting portfolio and project teams to ensure your team’s services and deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule About the role: Assist and provide input into the team's strategy and roadmap initiatives to uplift maturity practices Develop and create technology standards and patterns documentation to support the teams core technology stack (Cisco UCS, VMware, RHEL and Windows) Lead and manage a small team of dedicated engineers responsible for executing security related agent rollouts, server builds and implementations according to certified architectures Establish processes to ensure project engineers are delivering tasks on schedule Ensure risks and weak signals are raised, managed and addressed in a timely manner Ensu...
