Description Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our physical and system inventory across multiple departments. You will be the primary lead for inventory reconciliations, cycle counting programs, and process improvements within our NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate possesses a "detective" mindset—someone who doesn't just fix a number but identifies the root cause of the discrepancy to prevent it from happening again. Key Responsibilities: - ERP Management: Execute and oversee all inventory-related transactions within NetSuite , ensuring real-time accuracy of stock levels, bin assignments, and status changes. - Cycle Counting: Manage the end-to-end cycle counting program, including scheduling, performing counts, and investigating significant variances. - Reconciliation & Adjustments: Perform daily inventory reconciliations between physical warehouse counts and ERP records.
