Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Richardson (Collins), TX: Patient Service Specialist (PSS): Hours: vary M- F between 7am - 7pm PRN (as needed)– Float: Candidate will be required to travel to multiple outpatient clinics. Areas of Coverage: Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Addison, Carrollton, Murphy, Dallas, Garland PRN rate: $21.00 per hour: Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, consistently delivering outstanding customer service and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Tasks include check in, check out, insurance verifications, scheduling, reports, faxing and scanning and other office duties.
