Compensation Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store’s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
