About this role: The purpose of the Director, Executive Support and Conferencing Services is to curate a seamless, "invisible" digital experience for Gartner’s C-Level leadership and 150 identified VIPs. You will act as the primary technical advisor to the executive suite, bridging the gap between complex enterprise IT and high-touch service delivery. By shifting the culture from reactive troubleshooting to proactive friction reduction, you ensure technology is a silent enabler rather than a distraction, particularly during high-stakes events like Board meetings and global earnings calls. Ultimately, you are the single point of accountability for the executive technology experience, prioritizing zero-downtime standards across office, home, and travel environments. What you will do: - Predictive Health Monitoring: Utilize Nexthink and other tools to monitor the digital experience of our VIP environment. You will correlate endpoint, application, and network signals to identify any friction before it impacts an executive’s workflow. - Shift the team’s culture from reactive to proactive.
