Job description
The Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (Compensation) is responsible for supporting the execution and ongoing administration of compensation programs across the organization. The role provides technical expertise and analytical support related to compensation planning, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity and pay transparency initiatives. This role executes core compensation processes, provides data-driven insights, and supports HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders in maintaining fair, competitive, and compliant pay practices. This is an individual contributor role. While the primary focus is compensation, the role may provide backup support for benefits activities as required. Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
