Duites and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Retention - Champion Recruitment: Lead all recruitment efforts by crafting compelling job postings, proactively screening candidates, and managing the full-cycle hiring process to secure top talent. - Dynamic Onboarding: Facilitate a high-energy onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately to provide a seamless transition. - Strategic Growth Support: Partner with Supervisors and Managers to identify talent gaps, forecast staffing needs, and refine department-specific hiring profiles. - Retention Analytics: Transform raw data into actionable insights by generating reports on turnover and headcount trends to help leadership make informed people decisions.
