Vice President of Finance - Home Health & Hospice

Description Jet Health, Inc is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on VP of Finance to lead day-to-day financial operations across a multi-state healthcare platform. This individual will be tasked with building the financial engine, driving performance and owning the details. This is not a “sit back and review” role. We are seeking a hands-on builder and operator who thrives in the data, imposes structure on complexity, and converts financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights. You will partner closely with the CFO and CEO to drive financial discipline, visibility, and performance, while directly owning accounting, cash management, and KPI reporting across the organization. This position must also work closely with our frontline site Executive Directors to educate and coach, driving high performing outcomes across three (3) business lines (Personal Care, Home Health and Hospice) in four (4) states.
