Job description

Location: Spokane office Wage: $105,000 to $130,000: Program Manager / Mechanical Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage the project development and engineering resources on a per project basis. Manage client expectations. · Create, manage, and develop the scope of work, mechanical design documents for the client approved projects getting implemented. · Manage the other design principles per project. Manage and run design team coordination meetings and ensure the design is staying on schedule · Work with the assigned construction manager to build the Guaranteed Maximum Construction Costs (GMAX) for projects · Assist the sales team in client meetings and presentations · Manage engineering project teammates and provide coaching and mentoring in their career development. · Create, manage, and oversee the budgets for the Investment Grade Audits, and/or Pre-Construction Services Proposals, and the Mechanical Design Budgets. · Specify equipment, review/approve equipment submittals, O&M Manuals, and create record drawings from the red lines. · Review the assumptions and methodologies used in building the guaranteed energy savings, and review and understand the...
