SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER 2026: Job Summary: The Demi Chef supports the Kitchen brigade in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. Charlotte pass has various chef and cook roles available. Responsibilities include assisting with daily kitchen operations, maintaining food hygiene and presentation standards, managing ingredients, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. This role is ideal for a skilled cook looking to grow in a professional hotel environment. Essential Functions: Prepare and cook dishes to hotel standards. NOTE All Charlotte Pass Snow Resort employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends. - Assist in managing kitchen sections. - Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. - Portion and plate food consistently. - Support inventory management and minimize waste. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
