AAA Club Alliance is seeking a qualified Insurance Learning Specialist to join our dedicated Learning & Training Team . This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating comprehensive new hire training programs for our Insurance Sales Team. The ideal candidate should be a skilled facilitator who communicates clearly and professionally, has experience creating training content, and possess some background in insurance sales. PLEASE NOTE: This position is a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our office in Cincinnati, OH, Worthington, OH, Lexington, KY or Wilmington, DE. What we can offer you: The starting base compensation for this position is $52,526 to $95,738. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Annual Bonus + Annual Merit Increase Eligibility.
