Role Overview PIC Canada, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of PIC customers by delivering exceptional service, executing accurate account updates, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with efficiency and care. A key requirement for this position is being bilingual in English and French , as you will regularly support and communicate with customers and internal partners across multiple regions. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—working closely with Account Managers, Finance, Health Assurance, Production, Inventory Management, Transport, and Scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment and brings strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
